Daily Cooking Classes with Marlene Watson-Tara
Hands-on cooking classes are a fun part of our programme. Exploring and working with new ingredients daily will have you turning out delicious tasting dishes like a professional chef! Each client receives a copy of their own personal journal, filled with recipes, lecture notes and educational hand-outs.

Each day we set the scene with an energizing and relaxing workout; tai chi, chiball, yoga, followed by an incredible wholefoods breakfast. The Home Remedies Classes are enjoyed immensely by all of the participants as they explore and enjoy learning about amazing thousands of years old remedies for healing and sustaining health.
