Toasted Seed Bars

Ingredients

1 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup sesame seeds

1 cup pumpkin seeds

1 cup pine nuts

1/2 cup brown rice syrup

Directions

1Lightly toast seeds in a medium hot oven or in a dry pan. Heat rice syrup in a saucepan then add to the toasted seeds and mix well. Pour mixture onto parchment paper and then allow to cool and cut into squares. To make Nori seed crunch simply add some torn pieces of nori into the mixture. Add dried fruits of desiccated coconut, equally delicious.
