Tamari Roasted Almonds

Ingredients

2 cups organic almonds

1 tsp tamari (natural soy sauce

Directions

1Preheat oven to 175/330°F. Place ingredients in a bowl and mix. It’s always best to let the almonds marinate for at least half an hour before roasting. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, stirring at regular intervals.

2Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes then store in a glass container in the refrigerator.
