Steamed Greens

Ingredients

2 cups organic greens, kale, chard, cavolo nero, spring greens

Steamer basket

Dash of balsamic vinegar

Directions

1Remove the hard stalks/stems from the greens and slice the leaves thinly.

2Place in a steamer basket and steam for 3 to 4 minutes (depending on the greens) test for doneness, they should be soft to the bite.

3Serve on a plate with a dash of balsamic and I always add some fresh sprouts to Bill and I's breakfast greens. Delicious
