Kale Crisps

Ingredients

Large bunch organic kale

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tsp sea salt

Light organic oil of your choice

herbs of your choice

Directions

1Tear the leaves off the stems and rip them into large pieces (around 3 inches because they will shrink). Add the ingredients and toss to mix well and coat the leaves.

2Place in a dehydrator or in your oven set to the lowest temperature with the door cracked open for as long as needed to obtain your preferred crispiness.
