This ramen miso dish in my picture here takes 4 minutes to cook, and tastes amazing. Recipe for Clearspring Organic Miso Ramen (as in my picture above)
4 cups boiling water
1 pack Miso Ramen
Vegetables and toppings of your choice
Bring the water a boil in a pan and add in the two sachets of brown rice ramen and cook for 4 mins. Add the sachets of miso ginger soup, mix well and remove from the heat. Serve in bowls topped with alfalfa sprouts, finely grated pieces of fresh daikon and thinly sliced spring onions. Delicious, fast, easy and so nutritious.
