Quick Cook Clearspring Ramen Noodles

I am excited to share with you all some wonderful ideas to have delicious tasting healthy meals on your table in 10 minutes. Something that all of you can adapt into your life, healthy ‘fast’ food.

Thanks to our friends at Clearspring, the producers of authentic and organic fine foods www.clearspring.co.uk there is now a fantastic range of quick cook grains, noodles, beans and pastas.  This ramen miso dish in my picture here takes 4 minutes to cook, and tastes amazing.  Steam some fresh greens, carrots, cauliflower etc., and you are on the money with a nutrient dense plate of fresh food.

Recipe for  Clearspring Organic Miso Ramen (as in my picture above)

Serves 2

4 cups boiling water

1 pack Miso Ramen

Vegetables and toppings of your choice

Bring the water a boil in a pan and add in the two sachets of brown rice ramen and cook for 4 mins.  Add the sachets of miso ginger soup, mix well and remove from the heat.  Serve in bowls topped with alfalfa sprouts, finely grated pieces of fresh daikon and thinly sliced spring onions.  Delicious, fast, easy and so nutritious.
